Don’t worry! Resumes should never disappear from Zety.
If you cannot find your file, please try the options below:
Step 1: Log in to your account here: https://app.zety.com/login
Step 2: Check that the email at the upper right hand corner of the window is the email you used to make your resume.
Step 3: If for some reason you don’t see the screen above, select the My Resumes option from the menu on the left side.'
Step 4: Your resume should be here. Please remember that every time you create a new resume, it saves here automatically. You may need to check through multiple resumes to find the one you are searching for.
Step 5: If you are sure the resume you’re looking for isn’t on the My Resume page,it's possible that it was not saved to your account. There are a couple possible reasons for that:
- You created the resume in incognito/private mode on your browser
- A browser plugin/extension is preventing your files from saving
You can check your browser history to see if you can find a URL for your missing file. If you find it, please send it to our customer service team so that they can help you find the missing document.
